| The
Place of justice of Kapurthala state was completed in 1889 and
at present houses the district courts. One of the most architecturaly
significant buildings of north India, it is built in the Indo-saracenic
style. The annunal birthday celebrations, state rituals and ceremonies
were held there. Built in red bricks and with a decker gallery
on both done in red stone. Its charm is timeless.
